
Diane Cozian
Diane Cozian brings a strong international background in business, having built her career in mergers and acquisitions before choosing to apply her expertise in negotiation and her professional network to the philanthropic sector.
She spent ten years in Mergers & Acquisitions, first with EY in São Paulo, Brazil, and then as a Vice President at BNP Paribas in New York and San Francisco, where she advised international clients on cross-border transactions valued at up to $100 million.
She subsequently shifted her focus to impact-driven work, serving as a fundraiser for a climate tech venture capital fund in San Francisco before becoming Business Development Manager for HEC Paris's Executive Master in Sustainability.
Today, Diane advises high-impact organizations across both the nonprofit and for-profit sectors, with a particular focus on education, arts and culture, and healthcare.
Diane holds a Master's in Management from EDHEC Business School (France), including a one-year exchange program at the University of São Paulo (USP), Brazil.
She is fluent in French, English, and Portuguese.
