The Walking Together Foundation is an independent charity that initiates and funds ecumenical outreach projects anywhere in the world that have as their object the advancement of education, the prevention and/or relief of poverty, the advancement of health and/or the saving of lives, and the relief of those in need. It does this by making grants to fund social outreach projects run jointly by Dioceses of the Roman Catholic, Anglican and other Christian Churches.
