To undertake or facilitate the undertaking of projects, scientific enquiries or the provision of educational opportunities which have the potential to enhance the enjoyment by the public of their experience of National Parks and other areas in New Zealand having high conservation values while protecting and conserving the bio-diversity oft he natural environment of New Zealand.
