The Adaptive Leadership Network is a global community of practice, a learning community, and a center of excellence dedicated to the art and practice of effective leadership. We exist to expand the knowledge and practice of Adaptive Leadership and to sustain our members as they mobilize themselves—and others—to advance progress on tough challenges in their organizations and communities.
Our Articles of Incorporation share that the purpose for which the corporation is formed is to educate the public about adaptive leadership by (1) conducting educational classes, workshops, seminars, conferences about adaptive leadership, (2) providing one-on-one leadership coaching, (3) publishing educational materials about adaptive leadership, and (4) providing scholarships for adaptive leadership courses or conferences.
