Niduk D’souza is an entrepreneur and an executive leader for over 18 years. From working at the grassroots with small community organizations across Africa and Asia to governments and Fortune 500 companies in the UK and North America, Niduk has helped organizations think strategically. Previously, Niduk founded and ran an international development consulting practice working across all major development focus areas across East Africa. In 2015, Niduk launched an online educational platform for NGO workers in the Global South to strengthen their capacity to balance power dynamics with foreign NGOs as partners and funders. She is currently a co-founder of a digital marketing technology studio based in Toronto and New York with a diverse set of clients such as AT&T and Amnesty International.

Niduk continues to serve as an advisor to tech companies funded by an early stage VC firm and also as a board member to small grassroots charities. Earning the Max Rotman Humanitarian Award, Niduk was also recognized as a community influencer for visible minorities and women by the Canadian Armed Forces.

Niduk holds a Bachelor of Arts specializing in Industrial Relations from McMaster University. She continued further academic work in worker’s rights, economics and law, at the London School of Economics and Political Science earning a Masters in (Economics) International Management and a Masters in Research Methodology and Statistics at Middlesex University while pursuing her doctoral research. She has lectured at universities both in a full time and part time capacity over the years at universities in the UK, EU and Canada. Her teaching over the past 9 years has focused on race, bias and cultural awareness of early journalists. She has published and presented at numerous conferences
